Clause 1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "the Player", "you", or "your") and 777pnl (hereinafter "777pnl", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the 777pnl online gaming platform accessible at https://777pnl.cam and all associated mobile, software, and web applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are provided in English and shall be interpreted under English legal standards. Where translations are made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

Clause 2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the 777pnl website at https://777pnl.cam, including all pages, games, betting markets, payment interfaces, and mobile-optimised views.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who has registered a valid account on the Platform and is permitted to access its services.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds which are subject to separate treatment.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins credits, cashback credits, or matched deposit credits awarded to a Player under a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process by which 777pnl confirms the identity, age, and residence of a Player in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of bets a Player must complete before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount received (e.g., "35x" means the Player must wager an amount equal to 35 times the bonus received).
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory or jurisdiction from which access to the Platform is prohibited, either under applicable local law or under the Company's own operating policies.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Transaction" means any deposit of funds to, or withdrawal of funds from, a Player's Account, including transfers via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or any other approved payment method.

Clause 3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the 777pnl Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

1. The User must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
2. The User must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. Any registration by a person under the age of 21 is void and constitutes a material breach of these Terms;
3. The User must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local, state, or national law;
4. The User must not be a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of 777pnl or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person;
5. The User must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register applicable to their jurisdiction of residence or citizenship;
6. The User must hold a valid Malaysian bank account or e-wallet in their own name (for Malaysian Players), or another payment method approved by 777pnl, to facilitate deposits and withdrawals;
7. The User must not have a previous account on the Platform that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

Clause 4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 777pnl Platform. Opening, operating, or controlling more than one account — whether in your own name or under any alias, alternate identity, or with the assistance of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any funds held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your valid email address, your date of birth, and a current residential address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. 777pnl will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

777pnl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or in response to any flagged transaction. Players are required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and a selfie holding the submitted ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request may result in account restriction.

Clause 5 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment gaming via the games and betting markets made available by 777pnl. You shall not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or contrary to these Terms.

The Platform is made available on an "as is" basis. While 777pnl endeavours to maintain continuous availability, scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally render the Platform temporarily unavailable. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from planned or unplanned downtime.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or to place bets;
• Exploit any bug, error, or technical malfunction in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempt to circumvent any geolocation, IP restriction, or access control mechanism;
• Engage in any form of collusion with other Players or with Platform staff;
• Use the Platform to conduct or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Resell, sublicence, or otherwise commercialise access to the Platform without express written consent from 777pnl.

Clause 6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made via payment methods approved and listed by 777pnl on the Platform at the time of transaction. Approved methods for Malaysian Players include DuitNow transfer, FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, Visa/Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency wallets (BTC, ETH, USDT). Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. 777pnl does not charge fees on standard MYR deposits. Third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees, for which 777pnl accepts no responsibility.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players with a fully verified (KYC-approved) account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. 777pnl targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 3 minutes during normal operating conditions, though times may vary subject to banking partner processing speeds and compliance review requirements.

777pnl reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for the purpose of additional verification, fraud investigation, or regulatory compliance review. Players will be notified of any delay affecting their withdrawal request.

6.3 Currency

The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, game credits, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the time of confirmed receipt using the prevailing market exchange rate applied by 777pnl's payment processing partner.

Clause 7 Bonuses & Promotions

777pnl may offer various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin credits, referral bonuses, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which shall be communicated alongside the promotional offer and shall be incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount received. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 35x wagering requirement requires the Player to place bets totalling RM3,500 before any bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type and are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

777pnl employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including (but not limited to): opening multiple accounts to claim new member bonuses, low-risk hedging strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and use of any technique determined by 777pnl to constitute abuse of its promotional offers. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7.3 Promotional Validity

All promotions are time-limited unless otherwise stated. Bonus Funds not subject to wagering or deposited from expired promotions may be removed from an Account without notice. 777pnl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Clause 8 Game Rules & Fairness

All games and betting markets available on the 777pnl Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The Company integrates games from multiple independent licensed game studios. All integrated games are required to hold valid gaming certification from a recognised testing laboratory, confirming that their random number generators (RNG) and published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and independently verified.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or interruption during an active game round, the round will be resolved based on the game's internal state at the time of interruption. The Company accepts no liability for losses attributable to internet connectivity failures on the Player's side. Where a game round cannot be resolved, the wager amount will be refunded to the Player's Account.

For live dealer games, the result communicated by the live dealer host is final, subject to any studio-level dispute resolution process. For sports betting markets, results are determined according to official competition results from the relevant governing body (e.g., FA Premier League for EPL results, Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia).

Clause 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 777pnl Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Fraudulent use of payment instruments, including stolen credit cards, unauthorised bank accounts, or compromised eWallet credentials;
• Multi-accounting — operating more than one Player account, regardless of the name or payment method used;
• Collusion between Players in poker, table games, or any game with a competitive element;
• Use of betting robots, automated scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform without direct human input;
• Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit price discrepancies across betting markets in a manner determined by the Company to be systematic and abusive;
• Any activity constituting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or proceeds of crime;
• Providing false identity information or submitting forged KYC documents;
• Harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed toward 777pnl staff or other Players via live chat or any other communication channel.

Clause 10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the 777pnl Platform — including but not limited to the Platform's design, source code, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 777pnl or its respective licensors. Nothing in these Terms confers upon you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express prior written authorisation from 777pnl.

Clause 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777pnl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from gambling outcomes, technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss.

In no event shall 777pnl's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Clause 12 Account Suspension & Termination

777pnl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified period;
• Discovery that the Player is under the age of 21 or does not meet eligibility requirements;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as set out in Clause 9;
• Voluntary closure request by the Player themselves.

Upon termination for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, 777pnl will return the verified balance in the Player's Account (excluding Bonus Funds) via the Player's registered payment method. Where termination follows proven misconduct, the Company reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation and resolution.

Clause 13 Responsible Gambling

777pnl is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all of its Players. We provide a range of player-controlled tools designed to help individuals manage their gambling activity effectively, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time alerts, self-imposed cooling-off periods, and permanent or temporary self-exclusion options.

If at any time you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, or if you feel you are unable to control your gambling activity, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools immediately and to seek external support. All persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using this Platform in any capacity. 777pnl supports and enforces this restriction through mandatory identity verification applied to all accounts prior to any withdrawal processing.

Clause 14 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data provided by Players is governed by the 777pnl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

777pnl collects and processes personal data for purposes including identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where consented to). We do not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. All data is stored using industry-standard encryption protocols and is subject to strict internal access controls.

Clause 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes and claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777pnl holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of a dispute between the Player and 777pnl, we encourage Players to contact our support team at the email address provided in Clause 17 in the first instance, as the majority of disputes are resolved through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules applicable in the governing jurisdiction.

Clause 16 Amendments to These Terms

777pnl reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the process set out in Clause 12.
